The 2nd Annual OCG

Friday, June 14th, 2024- Carlowden Country Club, Carthage, NY
As we sit down to reminisce the very busy day, we can't help but become overwhelmed with emotion. Emotion because to us, this isn't just a golf tournament, It's a way for us to give back to the very people who lay their lives on the line to protect ours.
NBC Watertown strives to make this tournament the most prestigious tourament around, not because we want it to be the best, but because of what it represents. Every dollar raised for the Wounded Warrior Project means another Warrior gets the help they deserve.
This year the OCG was able to donate $8,037.00 to the New York Wounded Warrior Project.
It was an honor for NBC Watertown to present Wounded Warrior, Dan Miller with the donation.
Mr. Miller has dedicated 30 years to his country by serving his country. Throughout his military career with the U.S. Marine Corps, Dan served in many roles and deployed numerous times, including once during Desert Storm and twice in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. At the lowest point of his life, he turned to the Wounded Warrior Project. The WWP would end up saving his life.
While there was a lot of planning and preparation that took place, we can't take all of the credit. We could not have made this tournament such a success without our sponsors, Caskinette Ford and S&N Partners, the vendors, Carlowden Country Club and the thirty teams that participated!
(pictured in the album is not all of the teams, we are working to get the rest)
