WPBS-TV Receives Donation from AmeriCU Credit Union in Community Giving Contest

WATERTOWN, NY (December 9, 2024) – WPBS-TV is pleased to announce that it has been selected as the recipient of a $1,000 donation from AmeriCU Credit Union through their Community Giving Contest. The contest was designed to support nonprofit organizations that are making a difference in our community – creating meaningful connections to make our communities stronger. This generous support will help further WPBS’s mission of providing high-quality programming, educational initiatives, and community engagement to the North Country through public broadcasting.
As a trusted and valued local resource, WPBS is dedicated to educate, engage and inspire diverse communities with exceptional and trusted content across multiple platforms. The contribution from AmeriCU Credit Union will help support WPBS’s mission and enrich the lives of viewers across the region.
