SLCOC – Ogdensburg Community – Student of the Month -- BOCES

The Ogdensburg Community office of the St. Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce that the February – BOCES – Student of the Month is Bryleigh Lipinsky.  Bryleigh Lipinsky is a senior from the Ogdensburg Free Academy who is in the Cosmetology Program at Northwest Tech BOCES in Ogdensburg.

Candace Cowser, her instructor in the Cosmetology Program had this to say about her, “Bryleigh maintains the highest GPAs in the program, excels in her studies and brings kindness to every interaction.  I’m so impressed with her passion and dedication.”  Bryleigh plans to work in the cosmetology field after completing the program and passing her NYS Boards.

Bryleigh Lipinsky received a Certificate of Achievement from BOCES and a plaque from the Ogdensburg Community office.
