LEWIS COUNTY - Naturally Lewis, Inc. isannouncing that the organization willbe hiring for a full-time Executive Director. Thisannouncement wasmade at Naturally Lewis’ Business& Community Leaders Breakfast on February 28.

The essentialposition dutiesofthe Executive Director include organizationalleadership and strategic planning, staff leadership and development, economic and businessdevelopment, community engagement and partnerships, and financialand operationsmanagement. The tentative timeline for the hiring processincludes:

April 2 - Job Posting Opens

May 14 - Job Posting Closes

  June 9-13 - Initial Interviewswith Selected Candidatesare Conducted

  June 27 - Final Interviewswith Selected Candidatesare Conducted

  July 11 - Job Offer to Final Candidate Offered

To ensure a sustainable path forward for the organization and the Executive Director, there willbe a transition period for onboarding with the current Executive Director.
