WPBS-TV to Host Second Annual Golf Tournament on August 9, 2025

WATERTOWN, NY (June 19, 2025) – WPBS-TV is pleased to announce its Second Annual Golf Tournament, taking place on Saturday, August 9, 2025, at Thompson Park Golf Course in Watertown, NY. The event begins with a 9:00 AM shotgun start and will follow a Captain and Crew format. The tournament will be held rain or shine.
Golfers will enjoy a day of friendly competition, with breakfast and lunch provided by DJs at the Park, and each participant receiving a swag bag along with their tournament and cart fees included in the ticket price.
Tournament Highlights Include:
• Grand Prize for Winning Team: A three-day golf package from the New York Golf Trail. • Hole-in-One Contest Prize: An 11-day luxury golf cruise to Ireland, with airfare included.
Ticket Pricing:
• Early Bird Special: $80 per person (available through June 1, 2025)
• General Admission: $100 per person
• Day-of Registration: Available on-site
