Encompass Recreation Announces First Annual Charity Golf Tournament Presented by New York Air Brake

Wellesley Island, NY – August 4, 2025 – Encompass Recreation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing inclusive, no-cost recreation for youth with higher support needs, is thrilled to announce its   First Annual Charity Golf Tournament, proudly presented by New York Air Brake.

The tournament will take place on Monday, August 4th at Thousand Islands Country Club, located at 46433 Co Rt 100, Wellesley Island, NY. Teams of four can register for $425, which includes breakfast, 18 holes of golf, beverages, lunch at the turn, contests, prizes, and raffles. Check-in begins at 8:00 AM with a shotgun start at 9:00 AM.

In 2024, Encompass Recreation offered over 150 programs and served more than 1,600 youth—completely free of charge. This life-changing work is only possible through generous community support and fundraising efforts.
