Concert in the Park Returns to Thompson Park July 2

Watertown, NY – The Watertown Noon Rotary Club, in partnership with the City of Watertown and the Northern New York Community Foundation, is proud to announce the return of the annual Concert in the Park, taking place Wednesday, July 2, 2025, at the scenic Thompson Park.
This beloved free community event brings together neighbors, families, and visitors for an evening filled with live music, food vendors, and a spectacular fireworks show.
The festivities begin at 5:30 PM with a performance by the Double Barrel Blues Band, whose energetic mix of blues and rock is sure to kick the evening off in style.
At 8:00 PM, the Orchestra of Northern New York will take the stage with a moving and patriotic program under the direction of Maestro Michael J. Colburn—perfectly timed with sunset over the North Country.
As a grand finale, the night will conclude with a fireworks display at approximately 9:45 PM, lighting up the skies in celebration of summer and community spirit.
Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs, blankets, and picnic baskets for a relaxing evening. Food vendors will be available on-site and will accept cash and credit cards. Arrive early to grab a great viewing spot!
