Snoop Dogg is heading to Italy for the 2026 Winter Olympics — and he’s bringing his signature style with him.

NBCUniversal has officially announced that Snoop will return as part of its broadcast team for the Milan-Cortina 2026 Winter Games, airing February 6–22, 2026, on NBC and streaming on Peacock. Following his fan-favorite appearance during the Paris 2024 Olympics, the music icon and entertainer is once again stepping into a special correspondent role, blending sports, culture, and comedy in a way only he can.

A Fresh Take on Olympic Coverage

Known for his charisma and quick wit, Snoop Dogg will provide on-air segments that showcase the local flavor of Milan and Cortina. From fashion to food to the high-energy atmosphere surrounding the Games, viewers can expect Snoop to deliver his own spin on Olympic storytelling.

NBC says his recurring segment, “Snoop’s Greatest Hits,” will return — featuring memorable highlights, viral moments, and fun behind-the-scenes coverage alongside veteran host Mike Tirico. Expect plenty of laughter, heart, and maybe even a few surprises as Snoop interacts with athletes and fans across Italy.

From Paris to the Peaks

Snoop’s Olympic debut in Paris 2024 drew rave reviews for bringing humor and personality to the broadcast, and NBC is hoping to recreate that magic amid the snowy peaks of northern Italy. This time, he’s swapping summer sun for alpine chill — and according to Snoop, he’s ready to “get iced out” for the occasion.

“I had such a great time with NBC during the Paris Games, and I can’t wait to bring that same energy to Milan,” Snoop shared in a statement. “Italy’s got culture, style, and flavor — just like me. We’re about to make Olympic history again, baby!”

A Cultural and Fashion Moment

With Milan known worldwide as a fashion capital, Snoop’s presence adds a pop-culture layer that fits right in. Viewers can anticipate plenty of fresh looks, interviews, and local adventures as he dives into the Italian Olympic scene with his trademark charm.

Why It Matters

NBC’s strategy to include high-profile personalities like Snoop Dogg reflects a broader effort to make Olympic coverage more engaging for diverse and younger audiences. By combining traditional sports commentary with lifestyle and entertainment, the network aims to deliver a more immersive and relatable viewing experience.

As the countdown to Milan-Cortina 2026 continues, one thing’s for sure — wherever Snoop goes, the world will be watching.
