Native Solar Eclipse Festival

A Total Solar Eclipse is a rare event that draws tourists from all over the world. It is also known to be sacred, or magical to Native Americans, and features prominently in local Native history. Our Festival is a once-in-a-lifetime chance to celebrate this history and its continuing legacy. Come Downtown to celebrate the Eclipse with Native craft vendors, performances, mystics and Shaman, and even a special Showing of the Disney channel episode of 'What If?' that features Kahhori, a Mohawk Marvel hero. Along with culturally-accurate clothing and Mohawk-influenced designs, the animated episode is almost entirely spoken in Mohawk. So, come Downtown for this incredible once-in-a-lifetime event!
